Job summary

Mi-Jack Products, Inc. seeks a Mechanical Engineer II to independently design and develop mechanical systems for our equipment throughout the product lifecycle.

You will apply engineering principles and industry best practices while supporting new product development, improvements, cost reduction, and manufacturing support. The role requires mentoring junior engineers, contributing to engineering standards, and collaborating across teams to deliver high-quality, reliable products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering; 3+ years' practical engineering experience.
• Experience with 3D CAD software and product development.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical design and manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Independently design and develop mechanical systems, structures, components, and assemblies for new and existing products.
• Lead small to medium-sized engineering projects from concept through release and implementation.
• Perform advanced engineering calculations, analyses, and design validation activities with limited supervision.
• Develop and review engineering drawings, specifications, test procedures, and technical documentation.
• Create and implement ECNs and manage product configuration changes.
• Support manufacturing, service, quality, and supply chain teams by resolving technical issues.
