Job summary

MVE Biological Solutions US, LLC is seeking a Product Engineer to lead and support projects across the full product lifecycle, from design and development to release and sustaining activities. The role involves hands‑on work in the office, lab, and on the manufacturing floor, applying mechanical design, system integration, and prototype fabrication skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 6 years of full‑time engineering work experience.
Proficient with SOLIDWORKS CAD for mechanical design.
Experience creating/managing manufacturing‑ready 2D drawings with GD&T.
Strong understanding of ASME Y14.5 GD&T in design, manufacturing, inspection.

Responsibilities

Mechanical design of new products following the company’s product development process.
Sustaining engineering: improvements, cost reduction, supplier changes, and obsolescence management.
Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, sourcing, and service teams to resolve complex product issues.
Lead design reviews and ensure DFMEA, root cause analysis, and corrective actions are documented.
Develop prototypes, test plans, and validation protocols; support regulatory and quality standards.
