Red Wing Shoe Company in Arkansas seeks a hands-on leader responsible for operation, troubleshooting and continuous improvement of mechanical, electro-mechanical (including programming), and chemical production processes involved in manufacturing operations.
You will monitor process performance, program CNC/PLC/Robotics equipment, help design fixtures with CAD, train operators, and drive safety, quality and efficiency through cross-functional teamwork.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB:
This position is responsible for providing hands-on leadership including but not limited to operation, troubleshooting and continuous improvement of mechanical, electro-mechanical (including programming), and chemical production processes involved in manufacturing operations.
