Foth is seeking a Mechanical Process Engineer to contribute to the development and execution of process utility systems for industrial clients. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, develop P&IDs, and help deliver innovative solutions while advancing best practices in a growth-oriented environment.

The role requires approximately 30% travel and offers flexible work arrangements, with preference for Green Bay or nearby locations but open to remote candidates.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience with utility systems such as steam, refrigeration/ammonia, compressed air, HVAC, compressed gases, and water systems.
• Willingness to travel about 30% annually.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering or equivalent technical experience.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with other project disciplines to ensure integrated solutions.
• Prepare equipment specifications and technical documentation.
• Partner with clients, vendors, and suppliers to generate cost estimates and contribute to proposal development.
• Create mass and energy balances to support process design.
• Produce process and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs).
• Compile equipment lists, line lists, and points of connection (POC) documentation.
• Define operational parameters and performance criteria.
• Work closely with designers to translate engineering concepts into drawings.
• Author installation scope documents for construction teams.
• Provide support during on-site construction and installation phases.
• Assist with system checkout and start-up activities.
• Mentor and coach junior team members as needed.
