Qualifications

• Sophomore, Junior or Senior pursuing an Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering degree.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Interest in manufacturing processes and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Assist in engineering projects applying sound design principles.
• Collaborate with operations to implement safety and production CI initiatives.
• Create work instructions and perform risk assessments on production areas.
• Support audits and ensure compliance with corporate process standards.
• Help identify product improvement opportunities and document solutions.
