Blair Rubber Co. in Seville, OH is seeking a Mechanical Process Engineer Co-Op for Spring 2027. The role offers paid internship status and hands-on exposure to production and CI projects. You will collaborate with the operations team to enhance safety, quality, and efficiency on the shop floor.

Ideal candidates are Sophomores, Juniors, or Seniors in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering with strong MS Office skills and an interest in ERP systems. Local Ohio residency preferred.

Qualifications

• Sophomore, Junior or Senior pursuing an Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering degree.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Interest in manufacturing processes and continuous improvement.
