Job summary

• Manage all phases of capital improvement and construction projects from planning to completion.
• Develop scopes, budgets, schedules, and technical criteria.
• Review consultant plans, specs, cost estimates, and documents for code compliance.
• Oversee bidding, contracts, change orders, and progress payments.
• Collaborate with regulators, contractors, and project stakeholders.
