Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3 years of inspector experience in construction trades.
• P1 – Residential Plumbing Inspector & P2 – Commercial Plumbing Inspector (or Journeyman/Master Plumber).
• Experience with AMANDA database or similar inspection systems is preferred.

When deficiencies are identified, the Inspector documents findings and issues correction notices, stop-work orders, and other enforcement actions as appropriate.
