Job summary

Suarez Assistant invites a Mechanical Engineer (EIT or PE) to join our on-site team in Miami, designing HVAC and plumbing for high-rise and large commercial projects. You will model directly in Revit on every assignment, ensuring precision and integration with MEP systems.

A Florida PE is welcomed, EIT accepted; candidates must have hands-on Revit experience, strong knowledge of Florida Building Code, and ability to work on-site in the United States.

Qualifications

• EIT or PE required; Florida PE welcome, EIT accepted.

Responsibilities

• Perform HVAC and plumbing design for high-rise and large commercial buildings.
• Model directly in Revit for every project."
• Provide dehumidification, latent load design and ASHRAE 62.1 compliant ventilation.
• Coordinate with fire protection interface and energy compliance per Florida codes.
• Prepare layout for ductwork and piping and energy calculations.
