Job summary

Confidential Employer in South Florida seeks a seasoned MEP Project Manager to lead complex high-rise building designs. You will command HVAC system design, coordinate with clients and architects, and mentor an engineering team on site in a non-hybrid, in-office role.

Expect to drive design quality, timelines, and documentation from concept through construction, using Revit and AutoCAD. Fluent English/Spanish communication is required, with PE path strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• 7+ years HVAC systems design experience.
• EIT certification or FE exam passage required.
• PE license strongly preferred, or path toward PE.
• High-rise building design experience required.
• Experience managing an MEP design team.
• Strong project management, coordination, scheduling, and client communication skills.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; AutoCAD experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead MEP projects from planning through construction administration and completion.
• Design, review, and coordinate HVAC and mechanical systems for high-rise projects.
• Manage and guide an MEP design team with schedules, priorities and deliverables.
• Review Revit drawings and coordinated MEP plans for accuracy and constructability.
• Communicate directly with clients, architects, contractors, and staff.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, documentation, design reviews, and resource planning.
• Review submittals, RFIs, shop drawings, and CA documentation.
