Job summary

The Misch Group seeks a Plumbing Engineer/Designer to join our fixed Florida location. You will design and document plumbing systems for diverse building projects, ensuring code compliance and coordination with MEP teams. This W2, full-time role emphasizes on-site collaboration and responsive delivery in a deadline-driven environment.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in MEP/consulting, strong AutoCAD skills, and knowledge of plumbing codes. Revit is a plus; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in an MEP or consulting engineering environment.
• Plumbing building systems design experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (skills may be evaluated).
• Working knowledge of plumbing codes and design standards.

Responsibilities

• Plumbing design production for commercial, healthcare, education, residential, and multifamily buildings.
• Prepare plumbing plans, specifications, and construction documents.
• Sizing, layout, and code application for plumbing systems.
• Coordinate with mechanical and electrical disciplines and support construction phases.
