Hilton Mechanical Contractors is seeking an experienced Mechanical Piping Foreman to join our Alpharetta, GA team. This role involves supervising pipefitters and welders on industrial and commercial jobsites, reading blueprints, managing underground piping, and ensuring safety and quality standards on site.
Travel across Georgia and occasional out-of-state assignments are required. Expect a 40–60 hour work week with potential weekend work; pay ranges from $35 to $42 per hour, with overtime

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Piping Foreman to join our team. This position is based out of Alpharetta, GA, with regular travel required to jobsites across Georgia. Occasional out-of-state travel is also required; out-of-state assignments typically follow a Monday–Thursday schedule with return home on weekends.
Applicants must be willing to travel to jobsites as needed.
Schedule: 40-60 hrs/week, possible weekends
Pay Range: $35/hr - $42/hr
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a foreman or lead role on mechanical piping projects
Experience with plastic pipe fusion systems (Niron, Aquatherm, HDPE) including socket, butt, and electrofusion methods
Experience with steel welding processes (GMAW, GTAW, SMAW)
Experience with copper brazing techniques and associated quality standards
Experience with underground piping installation, including site utilities, and process piping
Knowledge of welding, fusion, and brazing quality verification procedures
Basic understanding of hydronic or mechanical piping systems
Pipefitting experience in commercial or industrial construction
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, isometric drawings, P&IDs, and project specifications
Experience working in industrial construction environments
Proven leadership and crew management skills
Strong knowledge of jobsite safety practices and OSHA regulations
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between Alpharetta, Cartersville, Covington, and occasionally out of state
Pass a pre‑employment drug screen and background check
Construction process and safety training certifications (OSHA 30, Aerial Lift, Fall Protection, Rigging, Tele‑handler)
