We are committed to providing high-quality services to our clients and are seeking a skilled Mechanical Pipe Foreman to join our growing team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on a variety of challenging projects in a dynamic environment.

Project Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Mechanical Pipe Foreman. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical systems and be capable of working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, supervise, and coordinate a team of mechanical pipe workers on job sites. (Foreman of 10 or fewer workers; 25% of time on tools if managing fewer than 8 workers)
• Ensure workers follow safety procedures, adhere to company standards, and meet project deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge:
• Supervision-level safety knowledge, OSHA 10/30
• Trade management-level Procore understanding and execution
• Journeyman-level knowledge of the trade and its impacts
• Moderate understanding of project budgets and man-loaded schedules

Skills:

• Manage site safety and handle project safety documents on a tablet
• Journeyman-level ability to fit pipe
• Read, understand, and execute CM/GC schedules; develop trade-specific project schedules
• Trade partner negotiations
• Material ordering, handling, and management
• Manage daily operations of 10 or fewer tradesmen

Metrics:

• Safety oversight
• Ability to develop and execute a man-loaded project schedule within budget
• Material ordering, scheduling, and site management
• Professional negotiation and collaboration with trade partners and construction managers

Minimum Hand Tools Required:

• Standard hand tools for a journeyman Pipefitter
