Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED or vocational/technical education with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
• 4+ years of experience performing mechanic repairs, assembly or other technical capacities in aviation manufacturing, automotive, construction, etc.
• Willing to work weekends and overtime when available.
• Able to read, write and speak English.
• Able to interpret and follow component maintenance manuals, blueprints and other technical documents.

Responsibilities

• Follows blueprints, guidelines, and diagrams to meet product specifications and tolerances.
• Performs troubleshooting, calibrations or modifications of hardware, fixtures and software.
• Uses measuring and diagnostic tools to test and modify systems and components/assemblies.
• Maintains production records and reports issues following standard procedures.
• Interprets data and records time changes, test data, parts usage, etc.
• Utilizes mechanical or optical equipment, including computers and lasers.
• Provides technical solutions to engineering and ensures assemblies meet specifications.
• Reworks and repairs various mechanical/electromechanical systems and assemblies as needed.
• May assist engineering with component/prototype design and train new technicians.

What You Will Do

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g. G.E.D. in the US) or vocational/technical education in related discipline with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
• 4 or more years of experience performing mechanic repairs, assembly or other technical capacities within industries such as aviation manufacturing, automotive, construction, etc

Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.
