Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or mechatronics is required.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical design, CAD, and project management skills.
• Ability to design fixtures, tools, and manufacturing support equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, schematics, and specs.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the design and development of production tools, fixtures, equipment, and related CAD models and drawings.
• Collaborate with the senior mechanical designer, R&D, Engineering, and Product Management to clarify specifications and manufacturing requirements.
• Develop and implement design, process, and equipment improvements to enhance manufacturability and efficiency.
• Lead and support multiple improvement projects, coordinating with internal teams, suppliers, and service providers.
• Troubleshoot production issues and identify practical improvement opportunities.
• Create and maintain engineering documentation, procedures, and training materials.
