This role is responsible for supporting our manufacturing operations through project leadership, product development, 3D modeling, and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, hands‑on environment and work collaboratively across functions to drive innovation and efficiency in production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed 3D models and technical drawings for manufacturing using CAD tools (SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
• Lead and coordinate engineering projects from concept to production, ensuring timely completion of milestones.
• Develop, review, and implement quality specifications for customer products and internal processes.
• Collaborate with project supervisors, quality control, and floor personnel to provide engineering direction and support.
• Generate quotes and Bill-Of-Materials (BOMs) based on customer requirements and product specifications.
