CWIK Talent Services seeks a Mechanical Engineer to design, develop, and manufacture custom mechanical components and assemblies for diverse customers. You will translate engineering drawings and specs into manufacturable products, collaborating with customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities include designing with CAD, performing analyses, supporting testing, and ensuring compliance with standards. 3-5 years of experience preferred; Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience with emphasis in design and manufacturing.
  • Experience reading and interpreting Engineering drawings.
  • Experience with sheet metal design.
  • MRP / ERP experience.
  • Knowledge of engineering principles, materials, manufacturing processes, and thermodynamics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Familiarity with engineering standards and quality management systems.

  • Sheet metal design / build to print.
  • Build to print manufacturing.
  • Create engineering drawings and 3D models using CAD software (SolidWorks, Inventor).
  • Perform engineering calculations, simulations, and feasibility studies.
  • Conduct testing and analyze performance to improve product reliability and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and project teams to ensure successful product development.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure designs comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and customer requirements.
  • Prepare technical reports, specifications, and documentation.
  • Support installation, commissioning, and maintenance of mechanical systems.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources when required.

Job description

We are seeking a motivated Mechanical Engineer to support the design, development, and manufacturing of custom mechanical components and assemblies for a diverse range of customers. This role will work closely with customers and internal manufacturing teams to transform engineering drawings, specifications, and concepts into high-quality, manufacturable products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enter and maintain MRP / ERP data relating to Engineering.
  • Design and develop mechanical components, systems, and equipment.
  • Sheet metal design / build to print.
  • Build to print manufacturing.
  • Create engineering drawings and 3D models using CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, or Inventor).
