Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as Mechanical Maintenance Technician in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical principles.
• Proficiency in repairing and maintaining manufacturing equipment (injection molding and extrusion).
• Ability to read and interpret engineering blueprints, schematics, and diagrams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and troubleshooting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular inspections of machinery to identify malfunctions and wear.
• Implement preventive maintenance and routine servicing.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults on manufacturing equipment (injection molding and extrusion).
• Repair or replace broken components and parts.
• Read and interpret blueprints and diagrams for installation or repair tasks.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and comply with regulations.

• Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults for manufacturing equipment including injection molding machines, extrusion machines, and other related equipment.

• Reading and interpreting engineering blueprints, schematics, and diagrams to perform installation or repair tasks.
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Documenting and maintaining records of all maintenance and repair work done, including the date of service, the nature of tasks, and any parts replaced.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Mechanical Maintenance Technician in the Manufacturing industry.
• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing methods and procedures, as well as a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical principles.
• Proficiency in repairing and maintaining manufacturing equipment, particularly injection molding machines and extrusion machines.
• A solid understanding of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults.
• Strong technical understanding and the ability to read and interpret engineering blueprints, schematics, and diagrams.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to manage time efficiently to meet deadlines.
• Proven experience with injection molding, Injection Molded Plastic, extruded plastic, and extrusion.
• A valid certification or diploma in mechanical engineering, industrial maintenance, or a related field would be an advantage.
