Job summary

Frey Consulting Group is seeking a skilled maintenance professional in Pennsylvania to perform preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on industrial equipment. The role includes installing and testing new machinery, rapid response during breakdowns, and ongoing documentation of work and parts usage.

The ideal candidate will be experienced with millwright tasks, possess strong troubleshooting abilities, and be able to work on site in a fast-paced industrial setting.

Qualifications

• Experience performing industrial maintenance tasks and routine servicing.
• Ability to read technical manuals and diagnose mechanical/electrical issues.

Responsibilities

• Preventative maintenance: performing scheduled inspections, cleaning, and servicing to prevent equipment failure.
• Troubleshooting & Repair: diagnosing malfunctions and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems using diagnostic tools and manuals.
• Installation & Assembly: setting up new machinery, assembling components, and testing systems for proper functionality.
• Emergency Response: conducting rapid repairs during breakdowns to minimize production loss.
• Facility Upkeep: handling general building maintenance tasks.
• Documentation: maintaining detailed logs of work performed, parts used, and inventory levels.
• Millwright: maintenance and repairing industrial edible bean equipment, mill, motors, conveyors, welding, and routine maintenance.
