Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on mechanical maintenance in high-speed manufacturing.
• 1–2 year technical degree or trade certificate in Industrial Maintenance or related field.
• Strong diagnostics in mechanical systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, drive mechanics.
• Proficiency in metal fabrication, machining, and welding techniques.
• Knowledge of Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) safety procedures and PPE.
• Dependable attendance, proactive problem-solving, good communication.
• Able to stand, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in a non-climate-controlled plant.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and PM on continuous converting machinery and lines.
• Inspect, rebuild, and replace bearings, rollers, belts, gears.
• Fabricate parts using lathes, mills, and welding equipment.
• Daily line walk-throughs to audit machine health and wear trends.
• Pre-stage maintenance by organizing parts and coordinating repairs.
• Support TPM/Kaizen teams to improve reliability and records.
