Job summary

Manpower, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Team Leader for an industrial site in Alcoa, TN. You will supervise electrical and mechanical craft, support production teams, and lead maintenance activities to minimize downtime.

The role requires hands-on troubleshooting, coaching of craft employees, and a willingness to work a 12-hour 2/3/3/2 shift pattern, including alternating weekends. Temp-to-Perm opportunity with pathway to long-term employment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years supervisory experience with direct reports.
• 2+ years hands-on electrical/m mechanical troubleshooting in an industrial setting.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts on a 2/3/3/2 pattern including days/nights.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not provided.

Responsibilities

• Supervise electrical and mechanical craft and production employees within the department.
• Provide technical maintenance support for assigned areas and execute planned/unplanned work.
• Coordinate repairs with customers to minimize downtime and follow up on issues.
• Deliver troubleshooting and problem-solving to identify maintenance issues and solutions.
• Provide on-call response and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
