Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR seeks a Planner – Analyzer & Measurement to manage maintenance planning for analyzer and measurement equipment at Port Arthur, TX, onsite, on a 12+ month contract.

The role uses SAP S/4HANA to build weekly to long-range work plans, coordinates with Operations, Engineering and Inspection, develops job plans, ensures materials and tools are ready, and drives asset reliability and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of maintenance planning and scheduling experience in industrial settings.
• Extensive hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• Knowledge of maintenance planning, scheduling and execution processes.
• Experience with analyzer and measurement equipment.
• Experience developing job plans, work packages, resource requirements, materials, and execution sequences.
• Experience coordinating maintenance with Operations, Engineering, Inspection, contractors, and craft personnel.
• Understanding asset history, regulatory work, inspection records, certifications, and audit documentation.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
• TWIC card in good standing.
• Current valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Plan routine and corrective maintenance across analyzer and measurement equipment using SAP S/4HANA.
• Build weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual, and long-range work plans balancing craft and equipment availability, production schedules, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain job plans for inspection, testing, repair, calibration, and replacement activities.
• Coordinate priorities with Operations, Engineering, Inspection, and Maintenance; ensure materials, tools, services, and spare parts are identified before field work.
• Use SAP reports to plan and optimize maintenance, track work status, manage asset history, and close out work orders.
• Support budgeting, long-term planning, performance metrics, reliability improvements, and maintenance strategy reviews.
• Analyze failure data and optimize calibration and inspection intervals; work with Engineering to improve equipment reliability.
• Look ahead to prevent missing materials or resource conflicts and build workable plans for the field.
• PHMSA-regulated pipeline/terminal experience is a plus; scheduling experience with scaffolding, insulation, painting, rigging, welding, fabrication, machining is a plus.

Planner – Analyzer & Measurement
Port Arthur, TX | Onsite | 12+ Month Contract

iSphere is looking for an Analyzer & Measurement Planner who knows how to turn maintenance requirements into a schedule people can actually execute.

This role is responsible for planning routine and corrective maintenance across analyzer and measurement equipment using SAP S/4HANA. You will build weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual, and long-range work plans while balancing craft availability, equipment availability, production schedules, regulatory requirements, and the reality that maintenance does not always happen exactly when the spreadsheet says it should.

You will develop and maintain job plans for inspection, testing, repair, calibration, and replacement activities, coordinate priorities with Operations, Engineering, Inspection, and Maintenance, and make sure required materials, tools, services, and spare parts are identified before the work reaches the field.

SAP S/4HANA experience is a must. This person will use SAP reports to plan and optimize maintenance, track work status, manage asset history, update work plans when maintenance frequencies change, and make sure completed work orders are properly closed out.

What we need:

• 10+ years of relevant maintenance planning, scheduling, analyzer, measurement, or similar industrial experience
• Extensive hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA
• Strong knowledge of maintenance planning, scheduling, and execution processes
• Strong experience with analyzer and measurement equipment
• Experience developing job plans, work packages, resource requirements, material needs, and execution sequences
• Experience coordinating maintenance work with Operations, Engineering, Inspection, contractors, and craft personnel
• Strong understanding of asset history, regulatory work, inspection records, certifications, and audit documentation
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• TWIC card in good standing
• Current valid driver’s license

Experience in a PHMSA-regulated pipeline or terminal environment would be a major plus. MS Project, Primavera P6, scheduling system development, and planning experience involving scaffolding, insulation, painting, rigging, welding, fabrication, machining, or other supporting crafts will also get our attention.

You will also help support budgeting, long-term planning, performance metrics, reliability improvements, and maintenance strategy reviews. That includes analyzing failure data, helping optimize calibration and inspection intervals, and working with Engineering to improve equipment reliability over time.

This is a good fit for someone who understands that good maintenance planning starts long before a technician picks up a tool. You should know how to look ahead, spot missing materials or resource conflicts early, and build work plans that give the field team a real chance to succeed.
