New Vista of the Bluegrass Inc is seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Associate to perform maintenance and operation of HVAC, electrical systems, and related equipment at Oakwood ICF, Somerset, KY. The role requires EPA license and at least 1 year of HVAC experience, plus a background check and drug screening.

This person will be responsible for performing work in the maintenance and operation of air conditioning, heating equipment, refrigeration, ventilation, electrical systems and associated equipment. They will inspect and perform checks and tests on equipment. This position will also maintain basic records, requisition needed parts, perform routine checks and preventative maintenance, and respond to emergency work orders related to other skilled areas. May also work with electric circuits.

Required Qualifications:

• Must have EPA license
• At least 1 year of experience with HVAC
• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be able to meet criminal background and drug screening standards
• HVAC license is preferred
