Job summary

Diamond Infrastructure Solutions has an exciting Mechanical Integrity Inspector opportunity in Seadrift, TX or Victoria, TX. The role supports inspection programs for assigned units, ensuring compliance with GMIM/GMISS and DOT plans.

Requires 5+ years in inspection/ND T, API 510/570 certifications, ASME knowledge, and US work authorization. SAP, Excel, and Word experience are preferred as the role supports maintenance planning and asset integrity activities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Inspection/NDT role.
• Must have API 510 and API 570 Certifications.
• Knowledgeable of ASME Codes and Standards.
• Working knowledge of advanced non-destructive testing techniques.
• U.S. work authorization required; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and manages inspections due for assigned unit in compliance with GMIM/GMISS and IMP.
• Reviews and manages non-conformances list for assigned unit(s).
• Performs or oversees inspections and maintains SAP equipment inspection database/history.
• Performs Risk Analysis and manages inspection plans.
• Participates in unit updates, planning meetings and prioritization.
• Identifies end-of-life items and advises Plant Maintenance Engineer.
• Provides technical inspection guidance to Plant, TICA, TES teams.
• Provides day-to-day and occasional off-hour inspection support.
• Completes compliance requirements and training for position.
• Participates in unit shut-downs by supplying inspection and repair scopes.
• Supports day-to-day maintenance with inspection and repair scopes.
