Job summary

Luse Contracting Group in the Chicago area is seeking a Project Manager / Estimator for mechanical insulation. You will estimate, secure and execute projects across the greater Chicagoland area while building trusted client relationships.

You will manage $2–$5 million in annual sales and serve as the ‘easy button’ for clients. This salaried role offers a bonus plan and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of mechanical insulation experience.
• BS in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture or related field.
• Estimates and PM over $4M annually.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage project development from inception to closeout.
• Define scope, timeline and resources for each project.
• Coach, mentor and supervise project team members and contractors.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and training sessions.
• Collaborate across Luse service lines and geographies.
