Job summary

PeopleShare by PROMAN is seeking a Mechanical Inspector for a small motor shop. The role schedules Monday–Friday, 6:00am to 2:30pm and starts at $20/hour, with increases based on experience and department evaluation.

You will perform independent peer inspections, verify drawings, and create basic component sketches while completing paperwork and supporting other shop tasks. The successful candidate will read blueprints, use micrometers and calipers, lift up to 50 pounds, and be available for

Qualifications

• Experience using mechanical measurement tools (micrometers, scales, vernier/dial calipers).
• Ability to read, interpret, and work from drawings, blueprints, and sketches.
• Ability to create basic hand drawings of components.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to safely operate equipment, lift up to 50 pounds, and stand for extended periods.

Mechanical Inspector-Small Motor Shop
