Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings including GD&T and complex datum references (ANSI Y14.5).
• Proficiency with manual gaging tools (Height gages, Thread gages, Pin gages, Bore gages, Micrometers, Roughness gages).
• Ability to develop advanced inspection skills for mission-critical components.

Responsibilities

• Perform dimensional verification of mechanical parts and develop inspection plans.
• Prepare inspection reports and enter data into SAP system.
• Utilize manual gaging and CMMs (Zeiss) and vision systems as needed.
• Maintain documentation and support continuous improvement in inspection processes.
