• Design and analyze industrial ventilation, dust collection, HVAC, and process exhaust systems.
• Provide technical oversight on engineering deliverables.
• Collaborate with project managers and discipline leads to execute multi-discipline projects.
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering technical growth and professional development.
• Develop and maintain department standards, tools, and best practices.
• Support client relationships and business development, including proposals and estimating.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and environmental standards.
