Cam-Ful Industries is seeking an experienced Mechanical/HVAC Project Manager to oversee commercial and industrial mechanical construction projects from pre-construction through project completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems, mechanical construction, project scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor management, and client relations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience in mechanical construction and HVAC projects.
• Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specs, and contracts.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, and forecasting; able to read submittals and RFIs.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial and industrial HVAC and mechanical construction projects from award through closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and manpower plans.
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.
• Review drawings, specifications, submittals, RFIs, and change orders.
• Track project costs and profitability while maintaining budget objectives.
• Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards.
• Manage procurement of equipment and materials to support project schedules.
• Monitor progress and resolve issues affecting cost, schedule, or quality.
• Review and approve subcontractor invoices and project billings.
• Support field teams with technical guidance and coordination.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience in mechanical construction and HVAC projects.
• Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems, piping, ductwork, controls, and mechanical equipment.
• Experience managing projects ranging from small service upgrades to large-scale commercial installations.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.
• Strong knowledge of project scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience managing project budgets, cost controls, and forecasting.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• PMP certification preferred but not required.
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Viewpoint, or similar construction management software.
• Previous experience managing industrial, manufacturing, healthcare, educational, or large commercial projects

Physical Requirements

• Ability to visit active construction sites and navigate uneven terrain.
• Ability to climb ladders, access mechanical rooms, and inspect installations.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to work in varying indoor and outdoor conditions.
