Gulfstream Strategic Placements, LLC is seeking a Mechanical/HVAC Project Manager near Philadelphia, PA. This permanent role supports a growing mechanical contractor with design-build capabilities on HVAC projects across NJ and PA.

The candidate will manage projects from concept to close-out and grow with the company. Responsibilities include scheduling, budgeting, and maintaining client and general contractor relationships, coordinating with field trades, and ensuring codes and safety

Mechanical/HVAC Project Manager near Philadelphia, PA

We are a growing mechanical contractor in the north-east. We are a full-service, design-build contractor that works on small and large HVAC projects in NJ. We have been around for over 60 years. We are looking to add one additional Mechanical Project Manager/Estimator that can help us work on our current and future projects. This is a permanent position, with career growth and advancement opportunities.

Responsibilities for Plumbing/HVAC Project Manager:

• Work on projects from conceptual to close-out
• Manage multiple projects at a time
• Handle Scheduling, Budgets, and Client & GC relationships
• Coordinate with other trades and crews in the field

Requirements for Plumbing/HVAC Project Manager:

• Familiarity with estimating, budgeting and client meetings
