Responsibilities

Construct mechanical hoses following quality benchmarks and specifications.
Test finished hoses to ensure safety and functionality.
Keep workspace clean, safe, and organized.
Label and finalize hose assemblies to meet client requirements.
Assemble sub-assemblies and kits per customer requests and QA protocols.
Prepare finished products for shipping.
Identify stock and retrieve hose and coupling components.
Record all assembly workflows accurately.
Support safety regulations and corporate policies.
Participate in process improvement projects to boost efficiency.

Role Summary

Key Duties

Construct mechanical hoses while strictly adhering to established quality benchmarks and technical specifications.
Verify the safety and operational integrity of all finished hose products through rigorous testing.
Help maintain a safe and highly efficient workspace by keeping your area tidy and well-organized.
Clean, label, and finalize hose assemblies to ensure they meet both client needs and our internal quality standards.
Build sub-assemblies and various value-added kits in alignment with customer requests and company quality protocols.
Ready finished products for the shipping process.
Identify and retrieve necessary hose and coupling stock from designated warehouse storage zones.
Execute various general warehouse tasks as assigned by management.
Work alongside colleagues to identify and fix assembly-related challenges.
Keep precise records and document all assembly workflows.
Support a secure working environment for the entire team by following all safety regulations and corporate policies.
Engage in ongoing process improvement projects to boost the efficiency of our assembly operations.

Requirements

Completion of high school or a GED; additional technical certifications are advantageous.
Prior background in mechanical assembly or a similar industrial role is preferred.
High level of precision and the capacity to execute detailed instructions accurately.
Strong analytical capabilities and a forward-thinking approach to problem-solving.
