Job summary

INDUSA in Tucson seeks an experienced Mechanical Foreman to lead field operations on commercial mechanical, HVAC, or plumbing projects. You will manage daily activities, coordinate with the Project Superintendent, mentor crews, and uphold safety and quality standards.

You'll drive project execution, ensure schedules and resources are aligned, and communicate effectively with trades and stakeholders. A strong leadership background and hands-on approach are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading commercial mechanical, HVAC, or plumbing projects.
• Experience managing scopes of work on large-scale commercial construction projects.
• Proven leadership ability to mentor field personnel.
• Knowledge of IECC, ICC, ASHRAE standards and local codes.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred; Journeyman/Master license preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience leading commercial mechanical, HVAC, or plumbing projects.
• Proven experience managing scopes of work on large‑scale commercial construction projects.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, mentor, and develop field personnel.
• Working knowledge of IECC, ICC, ASHRAE standards, local building codes, and construction safety requirements.
• OSHA 30 Certification preferred.
• Active Journeyman or Master Mechanical/HVAC License preferred.
• Comfortable using tablets, smartphones, and basic computer software for project management and reporting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
