Methuen Construction is seeking a Mechanical Foreman to safely manage trades, equipment, and materials on industrial projects. You will mentor teammates, enforce safety, and ensure high-quality mechanical installations on demanding sites.

The role requires 5+ years in industrial construction, appropriate licenses, and the ability to read drawings and specifications. This is a full-time, on-site position with local Northeast travel expectations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of industrial construction experience.
• Current licenses applicable to the trade.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Hydraulic equipment operation/hoisting licenses desirable.

Responsibilities

• Safely manages tradespeople, equipment, and materials procurement.
• Oversees crew and enforces safety standards on site.
• Mentors the next generation of professionals.
• Plans and enforces piping installation methods.
• Provides accurate layout and measurements for mechanical systems.
• Interprets job cost and labor production reports.
• Upholds corporate quality control program.
