Job summary

Methuen Construction is hiring a Mechanical Foreman to safely manage tradespeople, equipment, and materials on mechanical and piping installations. You will mentor teammates and report to the Superintendent in this full-time, hourly non-exempt role.

Required are 5+ years in industrial construction, current licenses, and the ability to read drawings. Local travel to Northeast job sites is expected; strong safety focus is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of industrial construction experience.
• Current licenses applicable to the trade.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Hydraulic equipment operation and/or hoisting licenses desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee tradespeople, equipment, and materials procurement on site.
• Mentor and develop the next generation of professionals.
• Ensure safety standards are enforced across the crew.
• Plan and execute mechanical system installations and piping work.
• Read drawings and specifications to guide installation.
• Coordinate with superintendent and other teams.
