Job summary

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of supervision experience in plumbing/mechanical on commercial/industrial projects.
• Journeyman Plumber or Master Plumber license preferred.
• Knowledge of IPC/UPC codes and relevant safety regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and specs.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all on-site plumbing and mechanical installations, including HVAC, piping, and related systems.
• Develop, implement, and maintain project schedules to meet milestones.
• Conduct regular site inspections for progress, workmanship, and code compliance.
• Lead and mentor field crews with technical guidance and evaluations.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other trades to resolve conflicts.
• Oversee procurement and storage of materials and equipment on site.
• Enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and track resources.
• Manage project budget and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Perform quality control checks and participate in commissioning and punch lists.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex installation issues.
