Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Lead the electrical final assembly process ensuring quality and on-time completion.
  • Oversee assembly team members and enforce proper procedures.
  • Ensure products meet quality standards and are defect-free.
  • Develop continuous improvement strategies to enhance efficiency.
  • Enforce safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment.
  • Collaborate with engineering and quality control to resolve production issues.
  • Maintain records and provide progress reports on production.
  • Attend management meetings to discuss goals and strategies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
