Phoenix Corporation is hiring a Mechanical Field Service Technician to install, troubleshoot, repair, weld, and fabricate spiral conveyor systems in food manufacturing plants across the United States.

This travel-based, customer-facing role is for mechanically skilled candidates who are dependable, safety-focused, and comfortable working in demanding industrial environments. Employees may live anywhere in the U.S. as work is project-based and travel is fully company paid.

• This is a travel-based, customer-facing role for mechanically skilled candidates who are dependable, professional, safety-focused, and comfortable working in demanding industrial environments.
• Employees may live anywhere in the U.S., as work is project-based and travel is fully company paid.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain spiral conveyor systems
• Perform welding and fabrication in the field
• Work directly with plant managers and engineers
• Conduct testing, inspections, and quality checks
• Travel to customer sites nationwide

Required qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Ability to work in physically demanding industrial environments
• Strong communication and professionalism
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must pass background check and hair follicle drug test

Preferred qualifications

• 2+ years of industrial mechanical, maintenance, millwright, field service, or equipment installation experience
• Welding/fabrication experience
• Experience with calipers, micrometers, and mechanical troubleshooting
• Manufacturing or food plant experience preferred

Physical requirements

• Lift up to 75 lbs
• Climb up to 50 ft
• Work 12-hour shifts as needed
• Work in hot and cold environments
