Job summary

Averro is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to design and specify process equipment including reactors, vessels, furnaces, kilns, and gas/vacuum systems. You will translate thermal, pressure, and containment requirements into robust designs and support fabrication, commissioning, and testing.

Role requires hands-on experience with lab or pilot equipment, strong vendor interaction, and a degree in mechanical engineering. On-site opportunity with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience designing process equipment for chemical, nuclear, ceramic, high-temperature, or vacuum systems.
• Hands-on building, commissioning, and troubleshooting of lab or pilot equipment; vendor experience.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
