Qualifications

• Strong project coordination, organizational and customer communication skills.
• Proficiency with CAD tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide a team of mechanical engineers in design, development, and testing of connector hardware and cable assemblies.
• Manage project timelines, milestones, and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Interact with customers on key programs during development and implementation of new hardware and connectors.
• Collaborate with signal integrity, product management, and manufacturing teams to support cohesive product development.
• Contribute to engineering processes and best practices to improve efficiency and quality.
• Assist with resource planning and budgeting activities for projects.
• Provide mentorship and day-to-day guidance to engineers to foster growth.
• Participate in recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training of new hires.
• Conduct performance feedback and development discussions with team members.
• Stay current with industry trends and tools to drive innovation.
