Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent required
• Engineer-In-Training (EIT) certification preferred
• Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and concepts for technical plans and specifications
• Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to work in teams
• Basic knowledge of BIM software and MS Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Assist with engineering analysis, design, and oversight of mechanical systems for buildings
• Support HVAC, plumbing and fire protection system design using engineering software
• Engage with clients to capture needs and communicate technical information
• Build client relationships through professional communication
• Collaborate in project planning and scheduling to meet deadlines
• Document design decisions and monitor progress
• Analyze low to medium complexity tasks with senior engineers
• Participate in IMEG quality control processes
• Stay updated on industry trends and safety practices
