IMEG in Farmington Hills, MI is hiring an Electrical Engineering New Graduate to support design, analysis, and implementation oversight of building electrical systems. This entry-level position provides hands-on design, mentorship, and growth opportunities from day one.

You'll assist with project planning, documentation, quality control, and client communications while contributing to healthcare and MEP work and pursuing energy-efficient designs aligned with industry standards.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering required.
• Entry-level role with no prior professional experience required.
• Internship in building design consulting preferred.
• EIT license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in design and analysis of electrical systems for buildings.
• Interact with clients to understand needs and gather project requirements.
• Support the execution of consulting projects as part of a project team and help meet deadlines.
• Document design decisions and client instructions while monitoring progress.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to propose solutions and ensure quality.
