Job summary

Rezult Group is seeking a Mechanical Engineering Manager to drive design and production initiatives onsite in Alabama. The role leads a team of engineers and CAD professionals, overseeing project ownership from concept through completion.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in mechanical engineering within manufacturing sectors, plus leadership experience and strong communication. Domestic and international travel are required to support client implementations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or closely related field.
10+ years of progressive mechanical engineering experience.
Experience leading and mentoring an engineering/drafting team.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
U.S. citizens by birth due to client contracts.
Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Lead mechanical engineering projects from concept through production.
Provide leadership to a team of mechanical engineers and CAD/drafting professionals.
Drive team growth by identifying, interviewing, and onboarding additional talent.
Ensure engineering work adheres to internal quality processes and standards.
Review and approve technical designs and documentation produced by team members.
Represent engineering at trade shows and customer-facing events, including travel.
Partner with senior leadership to shape product development strategy and roadmap.
