Job summary

Kinsa Group is seeking an Engineering Project Manager in Birmingham, MI, on-site to oversee turnkey industrial equipment projects from design through validation. You will manage budgets, schedules, and quality, while coordinating cross-functional teams and maintaining client communication.

Lead projects valued from $25,000 to over $5 million with durations from 6 months to 2 years; travel domestically and abroad as needed. This role requires a engineering degree and PM experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of project manager/engineer experience in engineering services.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and PM tools (MS Project or GanttProject).
• Experience with AutoCAD 2D and SolidWorks 3D is a plus.
• Strong communication, stress management, and leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Oversee turnkey industrial equipment projects from design to validation.

• Serve as main client contact throughout the project lifecycle.
