Qualifications

• 7+ years in mechanical design with leadership experience.
• Hands-on hardware development, assembly and prototyping.
• Experience with valves or electro-mechanical systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of mechanical design engineers.
• Establish engineering best practices and long-term technical vision.
• Oversee projects from concept to production release and budgets.
• Collaborate with quality, manufacturing, supply chain and external stakeholders.
• Drive DFM/DFA improvements and design iterations.
