Job Details

This is a permanent position with a leading energy & logistics company, offering opportunities for growth and development. The successful candidate will oversee mechanical engineering operations, including design, pipeline hydraulics, KPI management, and reliability.

Responsibilities
  1. Lead and manage the mechanical engineering team to ensure project execution.
  2. Oversee development and implementation of mechanical designs to meet standards.
  3. Manage pipeline hydraulics for safety and efficiency.
  4. Develop and monitor KPIs for team performance.
  5. Ensure reliability of engineering solutions and implement improvements.
  6. Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders.
  7. Provide technical guidance and foster continuous learning.
  8. Stay updated on industry advancements and implement innovative solutions.
  9. Ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related; Master's preferred.
  2. At least 5 years in a mechanical engineering management role, preferably in energy.
  3. Experience in mechanical design and pipeline hydraulics.
  4. Knowledge of KPIs and performance management.
  5. Proven ability to ensure engineering reliability.
  6. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  7. Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
  8. Proficiency in relevant software; PE certification is a plus.
