Mechanical Engineering Leader

MSA Professional Services is expanding their building services division and is looking for a Mechanical Engineering Leader for Florida. This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to become a foundational part of the local team as MSA brings the depth of services it offers to Florida building-upon several on-going mechanical projects in the Sarasota/Tampa area and a strong pipeline of upcoming work in the area.
In this role the individual will serve as the leader for Florida and be responsible for setting the strategic direction and growth of the office. This includes working closely with company-wide mechanical engineering staff, building a local mechanical team, helping to develop new clients, managing existing clients, and overseeing and providing QA/QC for local HVAC projects.
For this role, the individual can work anywhere within the Tampa Bay/Sarasota, Florida area; flexible schedules and hybrid work options are available for this position.

Requirements:
• 10+ years of experience
• BS in Mechanical Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or related engineering discipline
• Licensed professional engineer
• Experience designing HVAC building systems
