Job summary

Tom Trese Networking LLC is seeking a proactive Mechanical Engineering Manager to lead a team of mechanical engineers in a growing precision manufacturing environment. Qualifications

• 10+ years of design-engineering experience.
• Experience leading, mentoring, and managing direct reports.
• Strong understanding of CNC machining, precision manufacturing, and related production processes.
• Demonstrated proficiency with SolidWorks.
• Experience guiding projects through concept development, 3D modeling, prints, tolerances, and manufacturability reviews.
• Proven ability to improve engineering workflows, productivity, quality, and cost performance.
• Confident and effective communication skills, including the ability to provide feedback and hold team members accountable.
• Proactive, assertive, innovative, and solutions-oriented leadership style.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering is preferred.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment background check and drug screening is required.
