Job summary

Responsibilities include driving ECOs, design reviews, and coordinating with manufacturing to ensure manufacturability and scalability. Strong emphasis on mentoring, schedules, budgets, and technical quality.

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical Engineering; MS preferred.
• 3+ years in engineering roles aligned with the position.
• PE license not required but a plus.
• Experience leading product development from concept to production.
• ISO-9000 / AS-9000 experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead ECOs, R&D and NPI projects.
• Lead design reviews to meet performance targets.
• Lead customer meetings and provide project status.
• Mentor mechanical engineers.
• Coordinate with design and manufacturing teams.
• Own mechanical architecture and detailed design.
• Drive development across lifecycle.
• Ensure on-time deliverables within scope and budget.
• Support field issues and root cause analysis.
• Hire, onboard, and review performance.
