The role supports development of electro-mechanical products, improves manufacturability, reduces costs, and optimizes product performance in a fast-paced environment.

You will work with manufacturing, quality and operations teams; candidates should have 3–5 years of design experience, a BSEE, and familiarity with analog/digital

Formación

• Experience interpreting customer specifications and applying them to design requirements.
• Experience in printed circuit boards for instrument panels, preferred.
• Experience in cabling and cable layout.
• Demonstrated project management skills.
• Experience in analog and digital circuits developing detailed schematics, test procedures, and fabrication specifications.
• Experience interpreting mechanical drawings, GD&T, and tolerancing stack-ups (a plus).
• Experience in thermal and dynamic analysis (a plus).
• Experience working with military specifications for aircraft instrument panels (a plus).
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to drive cost, quality and delivery improvements.
• Ability to estimate timelines and generate schedules (a plus).
• Ability to evaluate cost, and risk (preferred).
• Demonstrated written and oral presentations skills.
• Experience with Python or LabVIEW (a plus).
