Qualifications

• Must be a sophomore or junior pursuing an engineering degree at an accredited university.
• Good interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Demonstrates interest in design and analysis through school projects and hobbies.
• Hands-on mechanical aptitude.
• Proficient with MS Office tools.
• Preferred: experience with Autodesk Inventor or ANSYS.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality and Sales on relevant engineering projects.
• Utilize current tools and skills to suggest improvements or future developments; provide feedback to the manager on new ideas and improvements.
• Exemplify Kingsbury's safety mindset by complying with all safety requirements.
• Attend all required trainings and meetings (e.g., safety and department meetings).
• Provide updates to subject matter experts based on tasks assigned.
• Oversee and maintain quality according to Kingsbury QA standards across products and processes.
• Complete special projects and continuous improvement initiatives; perform other duties as assigned.
• Perform other duties as necessary.
